Will Hedrick, pictured, unveils the process of coffee sourcing, roasting, and developing relationships with their customers. John Bunn, founder, continues to maintain Doe River and reach new people.

The process of roasting coffee is unveiled at Doe River Roasters as they walk through the process from green bean to a crisp brown that makes the aroma of coffee dance throughout the roastery.

Where?

In the heart of downtown Elizabethton, Tennessee, Doe River roasts beans from all over the world. The local roastery invites culture and coffee into East Tennessee through sourcing green coffee beans to roast in-house from Royal Coffee importers.
